WARM UP:
Guessing game
S1 : What’s this?
S2 : It’s a ruler.
S3 : It’s a book.
S4 : It’s a pen.
S5 : It’s a pencil
- Giving instruction.
- Calling a st to model, this st holds an object in the secret bag, asks the class: What’s this?. Other sts guess the object and say aloud the name of object. Who guess the right object will be a winner
New lesson 
1.PRESENTATION:
¯Introduce the vocabulary:
- Using real objects and to introduce vocabulary.
- Holding real objects, showing school items in the class and pronounce the words
- a bag /........../ : c¸i tói s¸ch, cÆp s¸ch
- an eraser /............/ : côc tÈy
- a chair /................/ : c¸i ghÕ tùa
- a desk /.............../ : c¸i bµn
* Checking Voc:
Slap the board
- Put the pictures on the board
- Call on 2 ss in both sides to the front of the class standing at equal distance from the board
- call out words eg: “ c¸i bµn ” in aloud voice 	
- two ss must run forword and slap the picture, the student who slaps the correct picture first is the winner and gets a mark.
- go on with the next ss ....

- Showing the picture card ( book ).
- Asking sts to recall the question.

3. EXTENSION:
¯ Pass the word ( Team game)
- Calling sts to make two lines (include 5 sts). Two of the first sts in each line come near by T, listen teacher’s sentence, then come back their line and pass this sentence to S2, S2 passes S3, the last st will choose the right picture card, show up and read aloud the sentence

I. Warm – up and Review
- Give the game: “ Bingo”.
- Giving instruction.
- Asking sts to write down on their paper 9 words following the model. Reading any word, sts hear and cross (x) on the word. If they cross 03 words on the straight line, they will say aloud “ Bingo”.
- Hang the T cards 1 – 8 on the board, have students read aloud one by one.

- Asking sts to make two opposite lines and practise in speaking

- Have students open their book to the page 5.
- Divide class into 2 groups : one asks and one answer then take turns.
- Play the cassette and have students listen to the tape & point.
- Play the cassette again, have students repeat in chorus.

- Put one of the vocabulary items from the lesson into a bag. One student holds the bag up to the class and pulls out the object and asks .

- Continue with all the vocabulary words.

- Have students open their workbook and do the exercise D on the page 5.
